Profile

Dr Evonne Miller originally joined QUT as a Postdoctoral Fellow for the now-closed Centre Social Change Research, which was based at QUT's Carseldine campus. Dr Miller is now part of the School of Design, with the faculty of Built Environment and Engineering at QUT’s Gardens Point Campus.

As a social psychologist, Dr Miller’s principle research interest is applied social psychology, which she studies on three key levels: (a) social sustainability, (b) social gerontology, and (c) community engagement and behaviour change.

Her main six research areas are Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Commercial Buildings, Public Acceptability of Controversial Technologies, Behaviour Change, Social Gerontology, and Body Image.
