Profile

Born and educated in Queensland, Neil continues to be actively involved in professional and community matters, and is widely known by the elected representatives of both parties. His experience, including nine years when he regularly visited overseas, has involved a career of over 50 years in public service for both the Commonwealth and State, and culminated in 9 years of judicial service to the community. He has qualified in the professions of surveying, valuations and town planning, and is widely recognised in those fields. In his earlier life he was an active sportsman, particularly in hockey, where he represented his nation.
