Profile

Hugh Lavery is Chairman and Principal Adviser of Australian Environment International Pty Ltd, a professional network providing strategic environmental management advice to private and public sector clients. His experience includes as founding Director of Research & Planning in Queensland National Parks & Wildlife Service, co-Founder and Acting Chairman of the Raine Island Corporation, Member of the Board of Management of Currumbin Sanctuary and of the Council, National Trust of Queensland, President of the Royal Society of Queensland, Executive Producer in the Australian Broadcasting Commission, and Chief Consultant to National Geographic Society (USA). He has comprehensive feildwork in around Australia as well as overseas in Europe, North America and eastern Asia. AdPro Lavery has furthermore written & produced a range of technical books & documentary films.
