Profile

Mr David Payne’s academic background was initially in animation, computer image design and graphics, and website construction. Most notable of past positions was the maintenance and updating of the commercial website for the University of Queensland’s Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre. David came on board with the ISR to update and maintain their institute website and has now the ISR Web Manager, including the development of expansive Sustainable SEQ Portal.
